This was an amazing motel. We had a very nice room. It had good cable, and everything you'd expect from a motel room. The breakfast was nice, and it was an overall good time staying here.

My family and I were on our way home from a lovely vacation in Orlando and stopped in to stay one night at this hotel located off I 95. We previously booked this stay through a travel website where this hotel got great reviews and we were looking forward to a nice one night stay. My son who is an avid swimmer was looking forward to the pool and became VERY disappointed when we discovered the pool water was dark green, black and full of debri! The ice machine did not work. There were large cracks on the ceiling in our room, spider webs in the corners and many cigarette burn holes in our bed covers. It was suppose to be a non-smoking room! The shower had mold and mildew and the carpet was covered in stains. We shared our room with other guests... bugs! The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk lady who was kind when we checked in. A big disappointment! My family and I will never stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Florida for one night. We found the room to be kind of dirty. The rug was sticky and traveling with a 1 year old I didn't feel comfortable even putting him on the floor. There was some mold in the bathroom shower. For a overnight stay and for 39.99 for the night it was Ok but I wouldn't have stayed there more then the one night .

Stayed at Econolodge on Hwy 17 about a half mile off I-95 in Hardeeville SC 3-24-06. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever seen. It is a retired Holiday Inn and as such the room was a little smaller than some of the newer hotels. The bathroom had the toilet and tub/shower while the sink and counter were in the guest room. It had a coffee maker with good coffee, hair dryer, Ironing board, 25" remote TV with a nice cable package and HBO, large dorm refridgerator and small microwave. The free breakfast was excellent including made to order waffles. It was too early for it to be open but had a nice pool area. It was the cleanest hotel I have used. The rooms were quiet with good bed and nicely furnished. It is about 15 miles out of Savanah and would be a great place to stay for a Savanah trip since it costs less than half what you would pay in Savanah. They allow dogs but schedule ahead of time to receive a dog friendly room. It has 2 floors I was on the ground floor and did not see an elevator but there may be one. I arrived about 11pm and left about 8 am so I did not do much exploring. I have to make this trip at least 2 times a year and this will be my midpoint stop from now on. Absolutely terriffic hotel and the price is unbeatable. Appearantly it has been recently revenated maybe even recently reflagged. I wish I would have had more time to enjoy the hotel well maybe next trip to the inlaws.
