The manager of this hotel has discovered that happy staff work hard to make their customers happy. In my experience this doesn't just happen, but requires a lot of dedicated time invested in them.

This is an immaculate hotel just off I26 in North Charleston. Easy to find and surrounded by competition. Having read the reviews here, my expectations were high and they were not disappointed by the greeting we got. We were made to feel more than welcome and nothing would have been too much trouble.

The room was excellent quality and - staying over Thanksgiving - I found a note from the manager explaining that it wouldn't be cleaned on that day because the staff were having the break, but anything we wanted was available from the desk.

We stayed two nights and then had to leave. I wanted to stay longer because the place was so nice. Beds were brilliant, no traffic noise from I26. My only reservation was that it would have been nice to get some fresh air by opening the window. But that was outside the manager's control.

Congratulations to all concerned for a really good couple of nights.

Very nice hotel - looks new. Check-in was very pleasant, The room was clean and comfortable. Large bathroom with plenty of counter space. Lots of pillows and comfortable beds. The chairs in the room were also very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with biscuits and gravy, sausage, fruit, etc. one thing to note, make sure you do not get the room next to the office. Someone was going in and out early in the morning and the door would slam each time. I would definately stay here again!

This is a nicely laid out property with clean, comfortable rooms. Great layout for the business traveler. The only downside I found was the A/C unit did not work off thermostat, so it had to run with fan all night and tended to be louder than I like. Location is convenient, ten minuest to airport, 15-20 minutes to downtown.

Lovely hotel for Business travel. I stay here regularly every 2-3 months. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are always clean and the cleaning staff are very efficient if they disturb you whilst working in your room. Breakfast is good, plenty of fresh fruit & helpful breakfast bags if you need to get to work in a hurry and not sit at a table for breakfast. Another good thing which goes down well at the end of the day - FREE BAR from 5-7pm, OK, you tip the people at the bar but it goes down very well at the end of the long day - especially if still feeling a little jet-lagged.

The airport is only around 15mins drive and its located next to a restaurant, which is perfect if you need food fast.Theirs plenty of other bars & restaurants nearby, about 5-10mins drive. If you need a beer later, theirs a bar literally 5mins walk from the hotel + a Pharmacy + Supermarket.

I will be back - in fact... back in October!

Really clean and comfortable. Nice shower and great free breakfast. We stayed to go to Downtown Charleston and also some places around the area, definately recommend the Cypress Gardens where you can take a boat through blackwater, tons of water lilies. Absolutely lovely.

The service was wonderful, a nice pool, and a great location. Very clean.
