Extended stay hotels may not have the greatest reputations but this one is by far the one of the most pitiful. The first room that they tried to give us had no smoke detector, a filthy stove top, rusted refridgerator, and worst of all stomped dead cockroaches in the shower. The front desks response to this was that maintenance had told them it was ok to give out.
The second room ( which we ended up taking ) was a marked improvement in that there was no dead bugs in this one. The smoke detector in this room was hanging on by a wire with no batteries in it. Someone had taken the phone out of the room and when we asked for another one we were given one that would only call front desk not an outside number.
Needless to say we gave a list to the Manager on the way out and his response was he could believe all the problems and that he would try to take care of them. Never once did he say " I AM SORRY " which to me is the first thing a Manager should say after someone has a bad experience in their estabellishment.

On the plus side, the weekly rate is great and the staff is very friendly. I had a king size studio with kitchen which met my needs. Don't expect much more however. No amenities like coffee for the coffeemaker, shampoo, hair dryer, kleenex, etc. No room service with weekly rate- you have to make your own bed and take out the trash. Noisier than average with highway, airport and thin walls. Would stay there again if all I wanted was the basics and wanted to save money.
