This year we planned our first family vacation to Myrtle Beach. We contacted many hotels but this was the cheapest and of course the guy i booked my stay with assured me that they have the best deals and hotel stay around. that was my first mistake. when we arrived the lobby area was clean but smelled of something awful. we kept going to try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it only got worse from there. the rooms were nasty, mildew on the tub, old furniture, dirty sheets, rusty appliances, had to aks for light bulbs in one of our rooms, spiders crawling, mothball smell, balcony chairs dirty, i mean the list could go on and on. My sister and nephew has chronic asthma and just the short time we were in the room their breathing started acting up. we went down stair and demanded our money back. Not knowing where to go at such short notice we went looking and searching to find us another place to stay. We gathered around each other and was lead in prayer by one of my sisters for the Lord to prevail and open a way for us. Not long after that we went a few blocks down to another hotel. We told them of our dilema and they helped us with opened arms. It was a much, much nicer hotel and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. By the way the pictures that are advertised on the internet and on their brochure must have been taken when the hotel was first built, because it looks nothing like that now.

My family and I went to the beach for the first time last summer and were very dissapointed by this hotel and its employees.The condition of the hotel was very poor.We couldn't get the key to work in the door .We stayed for a week and couldn't get fresh sheets and when I called the front desk to get some they wanted me to come get them.The housekeeper just barely swept the floor and thru some toilet paper in the bathroom and that was it.The mattresses and the sheets were all stained up and smelly.They also locked us out of our rooms because they said we didnt pay for the extra day that we added before we checked when it was really there fault for not charging it when we checked in.This hotel leaves alot to be desired.

The hotel is following apart, the shower only worked on either hot
or cold, the ceiling is cracking and if you leave any valuables in your room lock them up, i went out on the beach and had money
taken out of my wallet which was hid in a drawer under clothes.

We booked the apartment there for 6 people. When my sister walked inside the apartment the floors where uneven, the small couch was sooo dirty that it looked like someone had thrown human waste all over it. It was awful!!! We had to find another place to stay!!
