Well, what can I say other than I'm highly unimpressed. Like others have said, if you're just looking for a place to stay overnight and don't want to talk to or see any staff, then this is the place for you.
In general, the hotel is clean.....that is if you can stand the scent of cloves that permeates the air. We stayed in a room with a king bed and the room was so small it was almost claustrophobic. The bed was VERY uncomfortable and when we asked for two more pillows, you would've thought we were asking them to hang the moon for us. When we first arrived, it was dinner time and not knowing the area, I asked if there was anyplace nearby to eat. Getting information out of her was very difficult. The next day, after spending the day visiting Ruby Falls, etc., we came back to take showers before dinner and they had only left one towel for us which of course, sent us back downstairs to ask for more. When I speak of the staff, I can only refer to one person and I'm fairly certain she's the owner. We never saw anyone else on staff while we were here.
On a plus side, the air conditioning worked great which is a bonus when you're staying in any hotel.
Again, if you just want a place to lay your head at night, then this hotel would be perfect.
