Booked Days Inn after seeing reviews. There were many prettier hotels to choose from but because I saw the reviews that this was clean and reasonable, since we were keeping a tight budget, we chose because of the price of $59 when all others were $99 and up. We did find it clean and reasonable as advertised, however, it was a concrete jungle with no grass and wall to wall families. It was easy access off the freeway. Room very small. We were distressed to find a cochroach in the bathroom, and did not see any others.Very inadequate breakfast and seating arrangement. Breakfast room had 3 tables with chairs and a 4th table, no chairs, people standing against the wall sipping coffee. In driving around, there were many nicer hotels in the area.

This place has great rooms and great breakfast... I would recommand this place...

This hotel was great. The staff are friendly and very knowledgable. The rooms was great for an older property. The PRICE WAS THE BEST. I would recommand this place. They just recently renovated so the hotel looks new. BEST IN COOKEVILLE

Better to stay in your car than to stay here. It is truly a dump. Very old, very worn, missing fixtures, very damp/mildew. Days Inn says they are not responsible for this place because its a franchise vs Days Inn owned. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this dump.
