Some friends were visiting from Scotland who used to live in Poole so when they said they'd take me out for dinner and book a table I wondered where we would end up.
We headed off to Wimborne and pulled into a car park right behind Prezzo which is a big plus if you know how to find it. This is Prezzo unlike any other. It's in a beautiful building and they've kept many of the original features, it has two dining areas, we were shown to a table in an oak clad room, very posh!
Now a Prezzo is a Prezzo. Somewhat upmarket Pizza place which does a selection of other italian food. I ordered the baked mushrooms for starters, they apologised shortly after and said they had only one portion left which I gladly agreed one of the others could have as I'd been torn between that and the Minestrone Soup in any case. It was a very good choice! My Quatro Fromage pizza was a delight, cooked just how I like it, crispy on the outside and not a soggy mess in the middle. The bottle of very reasonably priced Pinot Grigio washed it all down very nicely as well.
A good meal in great company I'd recommend it to anyone who understand what a Prezzo is and is happy with that.
