Most comfortable suite setting we have stayed in. Great separate master room with door for privacy and directly across from bath room. bath area is situated of a short hall which can also be closed off from the living - kitchen area..l Sofa bed area provides privacy and comfort . Plenty of space and very nice kitchen cook top, micro and dining area.
Lobby provides bkfst, tv and free internet access. Very comfortable spot.
Parking is FREE and convenient. Embassy Suites charges valet and regular parking fees. Big savings!! The only drawback for us is the fact that there is no lounge to "hang in" before going up to our room. Although a bottle of wine in the lobby living room at night is nice too. Logans is right across the street with a bar and there is a great little italian rest. also. Vandy is a block away.
It is so easy to walk to West End BLVD and get to Borders, Flemmings, Alexanders and others.
Friendly, clean ..... can't ask for anything more

The suites are large and moderately priced. The hotel's well located. The lobby is spacious and inviting. Good restaurants are nearby. It's an excellent value. Highly recommended.

I usually tend to stay at Hampton Inns for business travel. I've have expereinced dozens of them throughout the country. I found this particular Hampton Inn to be better than most. It has an attractive and spacious lobby. The rooms were larger than some of the other Hampton Inns I've stayed at and the hotel was very clean from front to back. Very friendly front desk staff and they even asked me how I wanted to use my Hilton Honors points which I'm rarely asked (they happened to have a special promo going so perhaps that's why). I would highly recommend this hotel for business travel. Several restaurants within 2-3 blocks- PF Changs, Logan's Roadhouse, Chili's, and about a dozen others. It's also close to downtown Nashville and about 20 minutes max from the airport.

One a seperate note, one thing I found disturbing about Nashville was an abundance of homeless people, everywhere.

This hotel is very close to the college and some other things in the area. There is another Hampton Inn just down the road a bit, so be careful as to which one you are getting. The room was clean and up to date and good sized. The staff was very kind and let me use the facilities after I had already checked out. There are some places to eat and hang out near the hotel as well.
