“Pretty place, yucky food”

We ate at Cascades for breakfast twice. Yuck. Pretty place, poor service, bland, fatty food. Skip it. Take the free shuttle over to the mall and eat there.

So I ended up eating her 4 different times as it was in the hotel, I had the breakfast buffet, appetizeres and a beer and two dinners. All were excellent. I had seafood, and others had steak, the desserts were good. The house salad, the Relach with house ginger dressing was to die for. I also had the coconut shrimp, the catfish and the pecan halibut. YUMMY! beware all of this is pricy but well worth it. I miss it all ready.

“Gotta give a shout out to the crab soup here”

I had a late lunch/early dinner here one day and I had the crab soup and quesadillas. And excellent meal and not too overpriced. I highly recommend this place over any of the other restaurants in the Opryland Hote.
