We booked this room for our 20th anniversary. There were so many hotels to choose from, but the majority of reviews were positive for the Toni. We stayed in the whirlpool room with the fireplace and 2 Queen sized beds. The room was exceptionally clean and was very large.

Only complaints: Lighting in the bathroom could've been brighter and the fan was loud.

Suggestion: Check out the Pigeon Forge tourism website because we got a 10% discount on the room rental. The rooms are also substantially cheaper on weekdays.

This motel is nice, but nothing more than your standard roadside motel. There are many more places that look nicer in Pigeon Forge. Also, if your debating between the Toni and the Plaza Best Western, DON’T. They are right across the street from each other and look the same from the outside. I would say either one would do, but with so many choices here I would NOT come back here. It is clean and worth the cost. BIG PLUS, housekeeping doesn’t try to clean your room at 9am. Typically if you don’t leave your room until lunch you don’t get your room cleaned. Not here, they didn’t harass us once and when we left after lunch our room still got cleaned. NOT ROMANTIC!

I stayed one night in the Toni Inn for a quick trip to Pigeon Forge. Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is older with basic wear and tear that comes from use. The room was clean (the carpet had a few stains on it but most hotel floors do). The furniture looked newer. The bathroom area was small but sufficient.

The free breakfast was OK but hardly compares to the Apple Barn's awesome breakfast choices. The breakfast area is small--taking the food back to the hotel room might be a better idea.

Location is great for this hotel--directly across the street from the Dixie Stampede. The road in between is big--so crossing it can be a little adventure in itself. We all made it across safely and in a shorter time than it would have taken us to drive across the street and back.

If I were planning a week-long vacation, I probably would want a larger room with more options. For a quick 1 or 2 night stay, I think this is a great deal!

This is the first time we've stayed at the Toni... We have been coming to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for years but never stayed here. We have been missing out..! This is a great hotel. We will be staying for 4 nights. The rooms are clean the bathroom is clean..! small but clean. And the beds... the beds are very comfortable. I'm kinda picky about beds...but these are awesome. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I love how they have the indoor pool set up.. very nice..! We will be back to the Toni Inn and we HIGHLY recommend them..!
