This was our 6th visit to Berry Springs. From that sentence you can tell that we must love this place very much. Patrick and Sue, the owners, are 2 of the most incredible people. They have made every visit remarkable.

Here are just some of the things that we love about the Lodge:
- The wonderful hot tubs on private balconies outside your room
- Constantly available snacks and drinks
-Delicious homemade desserts every night and breakfasts each morning
- Beautiful views and trails to walk by lovely ponds
-Movies, games, books and magazines to borrow

We highly recommend Berry Springs Lodge if you are thinking about going to the Gatlinburg area.

We just returned from a 4-night stay at the Berry Springs Lodge and were hard pressed to return home. The atmosphere at the B&B is one of a relaxed Oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the working world. The location is amazing as it is nestled in the TN hills and seems to be far way from civilization. In reality the B&B is only about 5 miles from the main strip of Severville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The back road takes you right to the Splash Country and Dollywood entrances. It was a nice surprise to find out it was soo close to everything. Patrick and Sue are a wonderful couple that do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will definately return in the near future.

We spent our wedding anniversary in the Smokies at Berry Springs Lodge. It was our first stay at a B&B and we had such a wonderful experience. The lodge is family built and owned and such care is taken into every detail. We stayed in one of the upper level rooms overlooking a beautiful view of the mountains. It was very quiet and peaceful as we sat in the hot tub on the balcony and enjoyed the mountain scenery. Our room was provided with romantic CDs, TV and Fireplace. It was very comfortable and the cleanliness was out of this world! The lodge provided unlimited snacks throughout the day and homemade desserts every evening. There are 2 lakes stocked with fish, and on Saturday evening, they provided smores at the lakes around the campfire. There are also hiking trails, bikes, ping pong, pool table, fishing, board games and a selection of hundreds of VHS/DVDs. We were only there for the weekend but wished we could have stayed longer. This is definitely a place to vacation. It offers the peace and quiet of the mountains, but is also only 10 minutes away from all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. We also purchased the Show Package. Our tickets were purchased when we made our reservations with the lodge, so we were front row and center. We highly recommend Berry Springs to everyone.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Berry Springs Lodge over Memorial Day weekend (he took me there for a surprise birthday trip...how nice!) and absolutely LOVED it!

I had no idea where we were going – we’re driving up through the hills and then come to this beautiful lodge. Patrick welcomed us in, gave us a tour, and then took us to our room. Berry Springs Lodge is wonderful – there are all of those little touches (snacks, DVDs, board games, bikes, etc.) that make your stay more special. Our room was clean and homey, we had a great deck/balcony with our very own hot tub (and views!), and the 2 breakfasts we had (Denver scramble and Belgian waffle w/cherries) were delicious! We felt so welcome and like we were staying in a friend’s home!

We also loved wandering around Gatlinburg (thanks for the tips and directions Patrick!), exploring Berry Springs’ property, and just relaxing and enjoying the views. It was a perfect getaway!

We definitely plan to come back and stay at Berry Springs again and would also recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. It is truly an enjoyable place!
