Just got back home from 5 days at the Mansion. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff but the guest room was dated. I was unable to get one of the few new rooms which have been renovated. My suggestion is to request one of the new rooms when booking your reservation. I have also stayed at the sister hotel Crescent Court, both hotels are decorated with the same fine linens and bedding only major difference was is a sitting area in the standard room at the Mansion. This hotel is not within walking distance to restaurants, but there is a gratis Lexus available to get you to around town.

My wife and I needed a little break after the Holidays, so we decided to head to Dallas for an extended weekend (we live in Northern Ontario, Canada).

The Mansion was everything we wanted, and more. Impeccable service, intimate, in a very upscale part of Dallas, close to shopping, restaurants, etc, etc. There were really just too many good things to list.

The rooms were very elegant, as I said before - service was impeccable, the complimentary hotel driver with the beautiful lexus was great for short trips, the bar area was very well done (definitely upscale, but cozy), and the restaurant was beautiful (awesome service, but a little pricey for what the meal was).

It was about 30 minutes from the airport, so a little bit of a hike, but not too bad. We also had the fortune to go to the Cowboys Playoff Game (tough loss) and the stadium was about 20 minutes away.

All in all, a fantastic experience, certainly deserving of their 5-Star rating. If we're in Dallas again, we're going back for sure.

Truly the best place to stay in Dallas! Excellent service, impeccable clean rooms and the brilliant renovation of the restaurant and bar make this hotel your home away from home.
And you definitely have to eat in the restaurant - simply divine food!

Planning to attend several events in the downtown Dallas area, we chose to stay at the Mansion on Turtle Creek because of its location and its reputation for excellence in hotel and dining capacities. Every detail was attended to from the moment we arrived--valet, bellman, the exceptional professionalism of the reception staff and of course our gorgeous suite. This hotel continues to "set the bar" in grand style and with a recently renovated restaurant and lounge areas, there is no comparison. We definitely will return and enjoy this luxury again.
