For my husband and I, this is the ideal place for a romantic evening dinner and we go every year for our anniversary. There are only approximately a dozen tables, so consider reservations on weekends.

We always get the fixed price dinner (about $40 per person) that includes appetizer, salad, dinner and dessert. Some selections add a few extra dollars, but well worth it. They have a relatively small menu, but the real feature is always the blackboard that they bring to each table to show you the daily specials. I strongly suggest ordering off the board, unless there's something you just have to have on the regular menu. Selections regularly include seafood, beef and chicken with the board specials sometimes including duck, rabbit and other slightly more exotic fare.

Service is always unobtrusive and efficient. Food is consistently superb.

Saint-Emilion is a gem in the Fort Worth restaurant scene. The food is always incredible and the service has never been less than excellent. Charles, the manager, has excellent suggestions on pairing wine with your meal and has never steered us wrong. Plan on a few hours-----it is more of a dining experience than a meal!
