This place was horrible!!! I am a mom on a school trip with majorettes that are to perform at the convention center today Saturday and Sunday for national competition. First of all, the outside door has a gap between it and the door stop--you can see daylight. The air conditioner has no molding or caulking around it--you can see daylight and the cars on the outside. There was hair on the pillows--I counted 5 strands on one pillow! There was hair around the sink faucet. The microwave and refrigerator looked outdated. The square tile on the bathroom floor is lifting on the sides. We were scared to sleep in the beds but had no choice--the floors were no option. The curtains were old and hanging unevenly. If we did not have to be at the convention center with in a couple of hours after check-in, we would have left. One thing good about it, I did not see any critters. Not a good place for anyone that values cleanliness and safety.

Dirty!!!! OLD mattresses, old towels, worn out carpet, slick and stained tub, cobwebs hanging on the walls and lamp shades. Housekeeping - asked twice for carpet to be vacumed, not done, don't think sink and tub were cleaned well, beds half way made, Coffee pot rinsed out and left on sink to dry. Breakfast - frozen waffles, muffins, bagles, dry cereal. Orange juice, coffee, caffine only. Served from 7 to 9 am, ran out of everything by 8:30. Only one person to work front desk and breakfast bar. Lobby floor was dirty, internet service out the time we were there, Parking area was littered with cigarette buts, beer cans, coke bottles. The whole place needs a total make over to keep up with the 3-4 better places around it. No matter what you pay, you deserve to have a clean place to stay !!! Thankyaverymuch.

This was a HORRIBLE hotel, and I stay out of town a lot. It smelled awful, the staff was rude, the carpet was filthy, and there was a used condom and beer bottle outside my door. I felt extremely unsafe, and wanted a shower because it made me feel so dirty. Roaches in the bathtub nixed that idea. Several outlets didn't work, the bed was sunken in the middle, the door had a standard chain lock instead of the newer secure ones, and someone else's spoiled food was left behind in the refrigerator. This might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Never in my life have I experienced anything like this place! If the smell of urine and cockroaches are your thing then definately stay at this hotel!!!! The room stunk of urine and there was a giant cockroach on the wall when we walked in. We opened the hide-a-bed and it was full of sunflower seed shells. The room was not made up for four days and we never recieved our wake up calls. When I went to question my total cost after staying at this hotel for fourteen days I was told that no one could run a statement for me. When I argued the fees and expressed my complaints about the whole experience I was pretty much told that none of this was the hotels fault. After a lengthy and heated discussion about how this hotel did nothing to improve my stay I was verbally thrashed by the man behind the desk that has no problem using the [--] word on paying customers!! We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the Will Rogers events center. Fortunately there is an overpass that is closer than this hotel. I would rather sleep under the overpass for fourteen days next year than go anywhere near this place!!!
