What a wonderful place. We just returned from a nine day stay at the cottages and had an amazing time. Carol and Joe were so terrific , very accommodating to our individual needs and I can't even express how much we enjoyed the gourmet breakfasts. This the best experience we have ever had at a bed and breakfast. We like the fact that each cottage is individual with no common wall and had every amenity that we needed. We are looking forward to our return next year. Thanks for making our week of cycling in Fredericksburg so enjoyable.

Took a few days to relax and enjoy husband's 60 birthday, what a birthday it was. Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed by
innkeepers Joe and Carol, a delightful and charming couple.
The accommodations were wonderful, better than pictured on the website. The cabin was spotless, the bed soooo comfortable, the little kitchen so convenient, everything just perfect. And then there
was breakfast, WOW, what a treat! Served beautifully by our hosts, we've never been treated more "royally". Will definitely be returning over and over again. Of course, Fredericksburg itself is always such a treat!!

I left a message on their answering machine inquiring about possible reservations. 3 days later I got a message stating he had been dialing the wrong number and to return the call if I was still interesting in booking with them. I figured they were booked or were unable to accommodate me, so I booked with another B/B. The day of my arrival, I received another call from the Cottages with a man yelling at me because he had been holding my room and I should have called and let them know I booked with another B/B. At the end of our conversation he said "Maybe next time....[--]". It wasn't my fault he was initially dialing the wrong number. If they really wanted my business, I would have had my call returned the same day.

My DH and I needed a couple days of peace & quiet. We stayed at the Cottalges at Limestone on Main. Joe & Carol were very gracious and friendly hosts! The room could NOT have been cleaner! It was immaculate, which is always a must for me. The room looked nicer than the pics on the web and you could see all the attention to detail wheverver you looked. Right after we arrived, Carol brought us a couple of cookies right out of the oven! Joe spent a few moments giving us information on the surrounding area. They are extremely helpfu. but not intrusive in the least! Both mornings we were served a delicious and large breakfast. The coffee was wonderful as well! The way these cottages are located, any one of them would feel quite private. They have done a wonderful job making this property very private and comfortable. We cannot wait to go back! This is a sonderful spot for a quiet escape! We highly recommend The Cottages at Limestone on Main!! Its the perfect place when visiting Fredericksburg, Texas!
