Cheap but not good quality. Markets itself as offering German food but I would be nervous taking anyone who's ever eaten in Germany there.
The service was fast (too fast) but the staff pleasant enough The food however was very mediocre. We tried the German potato skins as an appetizer - we knew this wasn't authentic :-) and while creative - skins loaded with red cabbage and topped with swiss cheese doesn't really work.
The black forest ham surrounding my Swiss schnitzel was not black forest ham as advertised (it would have been wasted if had been) and my vegtables were overcooked and tastless (they appeared to have been kept warm for hours). My wife's chicken salad - turned out to be processed chicken mixture - not at all appetizing.
The German beer selection was Ok and if you go for the music and the beer then you will probably be fine. As for food ...... well it will fill the gap and won't break the bank.
