This was the first time my girlfriend and I have stayed at a facility like this. It was to be a special weekend for her birthday. But it turned out to be anything but special.
1st, we did think the property was nice upon pulling in. Even the room was nice. Now that’s where it stops. The day before we arrived is when I made the reservation for us and asked for a massage session for my girlfriend and myself. I was told when we arrived that the only times available would be 9:30 and 10:30 am on the morning we were to leave. At that point I cancelled one of the sessions but was not told I would be charged for it. Her exact words were, " She is going to be here anyway so you might as well enjoy it" I told her no thank you it was too early since we were going out that night and was expecting them on Saturday. Well guess what, I was charged for two sessions. Had I known this, I would have had the massage. Who would turn it down if you paid for it anyway? I was not going to argue with this lady.
2nd, our first shower was a cold one. No one was on property to accommodate us and then they do show up around 10:00pm that night. We could not go horseback riding, and knew nothing about the facilities. Couldn’t ask anyone because there was no one around.
All in all, if you want to throw away good money, this is the place to throw it away.
Nothing but a horrible experience on what was to be a special weekend.
