A beautiful space made warm and inviting by all the staff, from the valets who politely directed us to the self-park area, to the host who made sure we were taken care of, to our great waiter, Edourdo, and his assistants. I have felt like a country bumkin more than once at a swanky Houston restaurant, but this place was casual and friendly, although there was no doubting the serious, 100% focus on food and service. Excellent choice of wines by the glass (when did you ever see Freemark Abbey chardonnay by-the-glass?). beautifully presented, interesting, and tasty food. rabbit enchiladas in mole and a glass of Malbec...heaven on earth...I proposed to my wife all over again!
