I was extrememly disappointed in this restaurant experience. The waitstaff was incredibly rude and unresponsive. Our waitress Lena could not speak english and thereflore I could not communicate my needs to her. Instead of her trying to understand me, she ignored me even walking away as I was talking to her. My water glass was so full when I got it, it poured all over me. She did offer a booster chair for our two year old and when I asked for one, it was sticky and dirty.
The quality of the food was atrocious-it was obvious that it had been sitting in the warming bins for quite sometime. Nothing was hot or fresh.
When I requested a manager, one was not available. Only some guy named Simon Jiang who I believe was a cook of some sort. No manager was on site. Intead of Simon offering some sort of compensation for our experience, (even maybe an apology) he interjecting several times and became defensive! He had horrible excuses for the food and the waitstaff. I was appalled because the food was pretty expensive for buffet and I paid to be treated poorly.
