The rooms are nice but the hotel is just mis-managed. One evening, I came back to my room to find the door open. I had been gone all day for work so I assume it was housekeeping that left it open. I spoke to the lady at the front desk. She was very nice but just didn't know what to do, I guess. She told me she would talk to housekeeping. The next day I still hadn't heard anything so I asked again. She said she was just about to ask housekeeping, hmmm...... The next day I saw a lady from housekeeping in the hall and I asked her if she had heard anything about it. She said she hadn't. I guess my safety and/or property wasn't important enought to them to communicate with the staff.
The wifi never worked. I talked to 2 different employees about that and got 2 different stories.
Guy 1. "I have someone coming to look at it "tomorrow".
Guy 2. "Yeah, you just have to keep trying, it will probably work later. People always tell me it doesnt work but then they quit complaining so I guess that means it works".
I don't think it means that it worked, I think it means that they gave up! One morning, there was a huge crowd in the breakfast area, a soccer team or something. Well, you know how people can be about the "free breakfast". There was 1 guy trying to keep up with the food demands but it was way too much for him. I felt bad for him. We didn't have time to wait in these long lines so we left without breakfast. Why would the hotel leave this guy alone in this situation? They should have had someone in there helping him. As I checked out, the front desk didn't ask me about my stay. I tried to talk about it with him but just another "deer in the head lights look". Nice rooms but, very sad customer service. It's too bad that management doesn't train the staff.
Use the address 4435 Brownfield Drive to find the hotel. Your GPS will never find it!

It is unacceptable if my housekeeping staff left your guest room door ajar after cleaning. I will certainly speak with the manager regarding your experience.
I apologize if the wireless Internet wasn't working for you and I am unaware of any outages. We will have the tech department check to see if anything is offline and have it corrected immediately.
I appreciate your comments regarding breakfast and will bring up this matter to my superiors. As a limited service hotel we have one breakfast attendant and on busy days one person is often not enough to keep up with the demand. I hope in the future we are awarded additional staff to handle our high demand.
Should you wish to visit again in the future, please do not hesitate to call on me directly and I will be happy to personally oversee the details of your reservation.
