Our family 3 generations of us normaly frequent the Greek islands for holidays but, guess what this year we just could not afford it (aw) anyway my wife found Vilamarina H C and booked it. Well we arrived and first thoughts were what have we done? we were shown to our appartment by the( reception staff the best I have ever come accross througout our stay) Then we settled in, this was our first experience of all inclusive and I was blown away by the quality, range and sheer quantity of food on offer which varied day by day at mealtimes there was a choice of wine red, rose or white which we found nice.although drinks were available throughout the stay I never saw anyone Drunk as! as it happens the hotel is close to the theme park about a 10 euro taxi away my Wife Daughters and grandaughter enjoyed two days at the park. I explored Reus and Salou The busses are amazing E 1.80 fo r a 12 mile journey infact the bus stop is just outside the hotel , however we found no connection with the local Spanish people who seemed to stereotype and stare, I was even followed around the Intermace supermarket by security which was odd as I brought my Bible with me on the trip, we met some wonderful people, salt of the earth! ,had a good holiday experience at an affordable price, sadly I, we never connected with the locals who ranged from hostile to uninviting, would we go back? yes of course, but not as our main holiday because of the sheer lack of conectivity with the local people

Stayed there with my 18yr old daughter and 2 younger children. The food and entertainment is a must when staying all inclusive and this hotel certainly has what it takes to want to return. Hotel manager and staff work extra hard and the staff always have smiles on their faces and certainly enjoy their jobs, especially the entertainment staff who make it such a fun place to be. My kids go abroad twice a year and this is the best holiday they have had and want to go back there, as a lot of people also say. Booked independantly and price was fantastic. Halloween horror tour took much time and planning for the staff and was well worth the visit, and it was all free too. Special thank you to the hotel manager Lindsey for leaving me basket fruit and bottle wine in our room for taking over more halloween balloons to the hotel, that shows how considerate she is to the guests, see you soon Villamarina

What is with all the negative reviews, or bull**** reviews should i say, i'm just back from a two week stay at the villamarina n i must say its the best 3* hotel ive stayed at, the food is excellent there was a veriety of stuff every day for every1 sumtimes it was abit cold but u could put it in the microwave or wait 5 mins n they would bring a new tray of hot food out, The rooms wer alittle small but ur there on holiday out doing stuff during the day then down stairs for the entertainment at night so you wer only sleeping in ur room, how much space do you need. we wer a party of 6 the youngest was 2 the oldest was 60 n there was a couple of teenagers there was something for every1to do my 2 year old daughter had an absolut ball, the entertainment was excellant & the entertainers wer jst brilliant they wer always walking about with a smile on their faces n sum1 commented that the entertainment was done with the same guy, meaning alex who was really good at what he did, what did she expect for them to get sum1 different in every night n it wasnt just alex there was a few entertainers who wer great, the bar staff n reception staff wer brilliant the never complained n wer always smiling, the hotel was spotless so see aw they people complaing about the stupidest things they are so full of it, i would defo recommend this hotel ,im going back next year.x

I have been travelling to Spain obout 4-5 times a year to different areas Majorca,Costa Brava,Costa Blanca to name but a few but in this hotel I have found a little gem, the location was absolutelly brilliant as it was away from the main drag in a residential area, but if you fancy it is only a 15 min stroll down the town and if its to warm you can get the FREE hotel bus that runs for for 1.5 hours in the morning and 1.5 hours in the afternoon.The rooms are comfertable with all the amenities expected from a 3 star hotel with an added extra the hair drier something only associated with 4 star. The eception as the rest of the hotel is spotlessly clean and is kept that way not just by the staff but the hotel managment, if they pass by and there is a cup or tumbler is is always removed with a smile,the food is absolutelly brillint with a roast being freshly carved every night the rest of the menu is very extensive with the fish bonless which is not the case in all spanish hotels,the entertainment was fantastic, the best I have ever seen and that includes 4 stat when we were there we had the blues bros, a mind reader 2 singers and a hypmotist there is also plenty entertainment during the day with prize bingo and quizes my wife won 80 eoros for a 2 eoro ticket and last but not least there is an adults only bar on the rooftop with 2 Jacuzis pease and quiet if you wish Ihave stayed at this hotel before but it keeps getting better and better,and am intending going nexrt year with my family realy looking forward to it so do yourself a favour and try it I am sure you will love it I did
