Enjoyed our stay but although Spanish were very friendly there were no English children for grandson (aged 6) to play with. Alexandra very good including him in evening entertainment . Pool was good with no problem with sun beds being reserved and lovely beach opposite. Boat trip was worth it to see fishes being fed and have a swim. Also Western Aqua Park was worth 9 euro taxi ride. Food was good and varied although not much choice for desert which did us a favour. Pool and sea view rooms were worth it as entertainment stopped at 11.30 each night so not noisy.

Stayed a week HB at this hotel with my wife and son ,the hotel was in an excellent position just across the road from the beach .The hotel was very clean and tidy and in a good state of repair ,the guy at reception gave us all the relievant info on arrival and was very helpful ,we had a good sized room with full sized beds on the 3rd floor .The food was OK what you would expect from a 3 star hotel ,only gripe was main meat was pork every night ,but it was all very well cooked ,resturant staff were friendly .Pool area was ok but no views as its in the middle of the 3 main blocks with a wall on the 4th side ,but again very clean .Beach was good and cleaned daily of any seaweed or litter ,lots of typical shops ,bars and resturants around and a nice paved area to walk adjacient to the beach .All in all I would recommend this resort and hotel if you want a smaller scale Majorca holiday not on the same level as Magaluff .

The hotel is kept extremely clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. There is some noise in the corridors because of the marble floors and because people don't seem to remember that other people may be sleeping but it didn't cause too much disturbance. The beds are certainly very comfortable and good air con.

The food I thought was very good. Especially if you go down at the beginning of the serving time, it all looks lovely and a fantastic array of food with plenty of variety. As time moves on and they have served many people it tends to look a little messy but there was always plenty of food and I found it very good. Yes there is some repatition over a week but still very good.

The hotel is in a good position certainly not in a noisy area but you do still get a little street noise, we were on the side of the hotel which wasn't too bad but did think it might have been better to have overlooked the pool. There was evening entertainment near the pool but it all seemed to stop before midnight.

Plenty of sunbeds too and great cocktails from the bar. All in all it was a very comfortable hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

Having read the reviews from last year, I would point out that the standard of food must have deteriorated because there were no potatoes provided - only chips and rice.

Hotel quite noisy at night with banging doors and people with stilletos above your room to all hours.

Unlike other reviewers we did like the entertainment in the evening - two soul singers, some acrobats and dancers. The in-house entertainment by Carlos and co was embarrassing - very amateurish.

rice and the food was never hot! The quality of the meat was poor, especially the bacon (I know Spanish bacon is fatty but this was much more than most). Also the waiters in the restaurant were very scruffy with old faded uniforms on. They did their job well I must add.

The hotel itself was good - the rooms were spotlessly clean - had a room overlooking the pool which was nice, although a little noisy at times. Aircon good. The pools themselves were wonderful - clean and just the right temperature. The sunbeds were fine too - although a little packed together.

The location of the hotel is spot on - right on the beach - which is superb - the sea is warm and clear. Boat trips are well worth going on - book from 'Captains Birds Eye' who stands right by the hotel.

The hotel safe is very expensive at 28 euros per week - the most we have ever paid. I did find out beforehand that there were no hairdryers provided - you can borrow from reception but would have found that a nuisance. Would have liked a mirror in the room to use for making-up as there were no fans in the bathroom which got rather steamy.

Love the resort - the Irish bars and restaurant overlooking the bay, but probably wouldn't go back to the hotel because of the standard of food.
