stayed in the verdemar last june for 2 weeks there was three groups of us with kids,can not fault it,very central,kids loved it , have to give the kids club 10/10,we have all ready booked the verdemar again for 2 weeks holiday ,[cant wait]

i came to santa ponsa with my sister and my friend looking for a brillent holiday and thats what we got!!! This hotel is excellent!! If your having a holiday in santa ponsa, there's going to be no sleep so if you want your early nights dont come here and complain, have fun and enjoy the sun and the night life, this hotel is excellent for this!! When you go away you dont want to nit pic you wanna have fun!!! this is in the centre of all the fun and ill be back in may!!! Perfect hotel, you'll see if you go there!!!

Stayed here in September hoping for a nice late summer break away in the sun, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. Although Santa Ponsa is a great area to stay, this hotel is most definately not. It´s noisey, tired looking and in desprate need of a facelift. The staff were not interested when someone took my son´s snorkel from beside the swimming pool and suggested that he should not have left it unattended. The fact that he had just popped a few metres away to buy an ice-cream from their overpriced bar was irrelevant. We spent most of our time at the beach (which is very big and clean and safe) away from the hotel after this episode, and did manage to salvage what was left of our holiday. On a positive note, Agualand is worth a visit, especially if you have kids with you.

We chose the Verdemar mainly because of its location. It looks out on to the sea and its a very nice view.

Its about a 10 minuts walk to the main beach area and the main strip.

The apartments themselves are nice, they are clean, they are mostly 2 people apartments with 2 couches that convert to beds so you can't get a double bed in the place, unless you get one of the few larger aparements, even then I'm not sure.

The apartments have no tv's. I know you don't come to watch tv but its nice to have one !

The restaurant and bar was very nice and very reasonably priced. There were also shows on most nights, some were entertaining, some were just strange !

Overall, it was ok and I would consider returning.
