I took my family in for my daughter 's 16th B-day. Restaurant was clean and we were seated and served promptly. Waitress was friendly. When I received my ribeye steak it was charred(I had asked it not be) and it was of terrible quality, one of the worst steaks I have been served. It was supposed to have been dry-aged and was the top priced steak on menu. I decided not to complain in front of my family. I sent feedback via e-mail to Culpeppers on their website and got no response. I sent another e-mail 2 weeks later, and again no response. I cannot explain this total disregard of my complaint. I routinely attended Culpeppers special events and wine dinners and took my family there for special occasions. I will never go there again or any other restaurant affiliated with their mgmt team. I will tell everyone I know to do the same. The total lack of response to a good customers concern is unacceptable.
