Grimaldi’s offers thin crust pizza from a coal-fired brick oven. Atmosphere is red and white checked table cloths, with families, couples and friends sharing pizza.
My colleague and I shared a pizza and we each had the “house salad” which I should warn you is very large. Good, basic Italian style with olives, feta, greens. Yummy.
The pizza is very good, and I am a NY pizza snob. The sauce is tangy, the cheese chewy and delicious.
Not a huge variety to choose from, but enough of the basics to please.
