For lunch, make sure you plan to arrive some time in advance to get your name on the wait list and then tour the facility and observer master glassblowers and potters at work. Then browse the retail store where you can shop the best of their work - glass and pottery designed by Simon Pearce. Finally, enjoy a delicious and affordable lunch with a view of the waterfall and the covered bridge. The view is magnificent and changes with the seasons. Among my family and friends' favorites are the lamb burger and the soups. The cuisine is delicatessen "New American" with an Irish accent. The evening offers an ideal romantic ambience in a unique and different environment. The chef prepares an award winning menu. Make your selection of wine among an extensive list of sumptuous wines. The fact that you drink and dine with Simon Pearce glass and pottery makes this experience even more special. Reservations are strongly recommended for dinner. As wine lovers, we also regularly attend the monthly wine dinners which start in November (I think...) and last for about six months. It is a must and worth the drive! We always look forward to our next visit.
