This spot has been here ever sine I was a little kid visiting VT with my parents and it is the best spot to put on the things to do list. It sits on the edge of the river near a water fall that actually powers this old mill. Simon Pearce glass and pottery is well known around the country, but this is where it all started from a smaller shop to a huge shop with a restaurant and a workshop. There is even a place to watch the glass getting blown, the pottery being made and a workshop for kids. You can also eat by the windows overlooking the river and this place is so large, it will take you many hours to view all the glass pieces and pottery. There is a seconds area upstairs as well. The pieces arent cheap so bring your pocket book, but they are worth it. This is one of the better spots to stop in well in central VT. I highly recommend it!
