Verde has remained an oasis of fine dining in the Southern Vermont mountains for as long as we can remember. The menu is innovative and the quality is superb. We were concerned when the long time chef moved to his own restaurant but his successor is as good, if not better. The wait staff has been together for years and the entire dining experience is delicious, fun and an excellent value. There is a great deal of care taken to provide local ingredients where & when possible, which makes for fresh and healthy meals. There is no question it is gourmet dining with a casual flair that is hard to beat in this part of Vermont!
