We had booked a park and fly package at the Staybridge, but our car wouldn't start when we left a nearby fast-food restaurant to head for the hotel. After procuring a tow truck to take care of our car, we called the Staybridge and asked if they could pick us up at the restaurant and take us directly to Dulles Airport.They readily agreed, and we made our flight to Paris. We spent the night at the hotel when we returned and were favorably impressed. Our room was a queen studio with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping was impeccable. The evening "snack" was equal to a meal, which was very helpful to us in our state of jet lag. Breakfast was also great. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way, and we are very thankful that they were willing to pick us up when we had car trouble. If they hadn't, we could have missed our flight. We have already booked another park and fly package with them for our next trip.

I stayed at this hotel after the usual hotel I stay at in Chantilly was booked. The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. The hotel was very clean and well-kept. I had a one bedroom suite that was very spacious and comfortable. This would be a great hotel for long-term travelers. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a nice selection each day.

I stayed here for over a month with family and we really had a great stay. Very nice fairly new hotel, clean rooms, and excellent service. There was a really good selection of food for breakfast (bread, french toast, fruits, muffins, cook your own waffles, hard boiled eggs, juice, smoothies, granola bars, yogurt, ...). Also the sundowners on Tues-Thurs were really nice - enough food for a meal and complimentary beer. The staff were very helpful - they couldn't do enough to make us happy - it was just great.

There is a small exercise room with 2 treadmills, a bike, stepper, and weights. There is a laundry room and the washers and dryers are free!

There is a free airport shuttle available. They also have park and fly rates.

The only downside that I saw was that the pool was not open during the day on weekdays - it was only open from 6pm-10pm. It was open all day on weekends. I suppose this s because there is always a lifeguard present. Also there was no fan in the bathroom and small pets are allowed in the hotel - some might think this is a positive I suppose.

I highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel puts a 500.00 hold on your check card for each room that you reserve that doesn't clear off until 14 days later. I spoke to one clerk named Brian he told me he was busy and would call me back if he had time, next I spoke to the manager Mylan who told me he would have it taken off, he had a young girl named Sarah call me back and tell me that he couldn't do anything. I was stuck in Washington DC for 2 days with over 500.00 of my money that I couldn't use tied up with them. They were not understanding or caring at all, this was the worst vacation I have ever been on and it's all thanks to this hotel. I was never told of this and only learned of it after I looked at my account. Horrible
