Mary Pat and John were terrific hosts of this bed and breakfast. They are so accomodating and are willing to do anything to help you during your stay. I actually planned a proposal for my girlfriend ahead of time and Mary Pat helped me arrange this ahead of time. We had a romantic night that I could not have been happier with!!
If you need restaurant reservations or information for sightseeing, they are there to help you. The breakfast in the morning was great. You are definitely full when you are done.
I would recommend this place to anybody!

“What a relaxing stay!!”

Foxfield Inn

My husband and I had never stayed in a bed and breakfast inn before so this was our first experience and we were not disappointed. The hosts were so warm and welcoming. They had directions ready for us and called restuarants to see if they were open. The rooms were SO comfortable and no details seem to be forgotten (i.e. candle w/ a lighter beside the jacuzzi, piano music, robes & slippers, comfortable pillows, fireplace, great views). The breakfast was wonderful--a home-cooked 3 course meal--started out w/ fresh fruit, then lemon-raspberry struesel muffins (which were so good) and an omelt w/ bacon. We only wish we could have stayed longer--its so relaxing and refreshing and not having a TV in the room helps you relax even more!!

Wow! Friendly, relaxing, excellent hospitality, hot tub was great, breakfast was terrific, and the help with directions around the area and eateries was on the money. We stayed just one night; but everything was as near perfect as we've ever had. I'd like to go back just to see the gardens when spring really has arrived.

Mary Pat and John have an Inn they can be very proud of owning.
The room I stayed in was immaculate. I cannot believe an inn that has been open for 10 years is so polished. The remote gas fireplace, double jacuzzi, boze radio, darken shades, four posted bed with immaculate white linens and a beautiful view , I'm not able to pick my favorite because they were all great!!!
Now to the food. The dining area was like eating in a high price restaurant but the coziness of someones home. The food was outstanding!! Five stars for presentation and definately for the food. I t was the BEST omelete I have ever eaten! So fluffy and stuffed with flavorful spinach, mushrooms and feta. The fruit was always perfect ripeness and the muffins and coffe cakes were mouth watering. I am a vegetarian and they never made me feel like it was an inconvinence to serve me. Mary Pat always made sure tthat I had plenty of coffee day and night with chilled 1/2 and 1/2.
As you can tell I had a very relaxing, peaceful and delightful Bed and Breakfast experience. MY FIRST--and definitely going to be hard to top.

Sincerely,

Patricia K Spadafore.

My wife and I returned for the fourth time to the Foxfield Inn and found it just a pleasant and memorable as our first visit there two years ago. It is so nice to just get away to peace and quiet and be able to relax. Mary Pat and John still treat you as if you were one of thier own family members. These two really share a passion for owning and running a bed and breakfast, not looking at it as if it were another job. The careful attention to detail is noted throughout the Inn. We are looking forward to our next visit(already booked for May) and the great time we share with John and Mary Pat. If you are looking for that peace of mind and true relaxation, look no further than the Foxfield Inn.
