Consideresd a 2.5 star hotel. I booked this room on Priceline one week in advance of travel for $130/nite and stayed 1 nite ($5 under asking).

Good place to hang your hat for an evening. I had my wife and 3 yr old. Check-in took less than 5 minutes, the non smoking room was clean and spacious with a decent size kitchen (bigger than what I would consider a kitchenette).

Location was great. Mid/up scale mall and supermarket (Safeway) less than 1 mile away as well as a number of restaurants and fast food joints.

1 block away is a 3.5 star Hilton Garden Inn I stayed in Nov 06 that cost me $100 more. Apart from a good cup of coffee in the morning and the dealing with a check in wait b/c a wedding party was having some issues the amenities were comparable. Additionally, since I also booked that room online, I was relegated to a smoking room despite calling several days ahead to try and get what I wanted. So in my opinion $100 less to forego a ritzier name with more headaches and less flexibility was worth it.

I'll stay at this Extended Stay America over the Hilton again.

Worst Hotel EVER!!! I've been here for almost 2 months for work and this hotel has the WORST staff I've ever seen. My room isn't ever cleaned on the day it's supposed to be cleaned (I had to ask 3 separate times for them to do my Thursday cleaning...which they finally did on Monday), everything is broken (ironing board, tv, tv remote), they do not supply paper products and they say they provide breakfast...but they don't! There is a smell in the air that cannot even be described and the ONLY time I've had my towels and sheets changed out, one of the towels was dirty and there were stains on the sheets.

There is NOTHING deluxe about this place. If the attitude the front desk gives you when you get here doesn't make you want to turn around, hopefully the rest of this will keep you away!

I stayed here for three weeks with my daughter after she broke her ankle and couldn't manage the stairs at her apartment. The price was reasonable, but there were problems. The first room we were given had no shower curtain and the woman at the front desk could not find one for us, so she moved us to another dingy room. There was mildew around the tub and although we spoke to the manager about it, she did nothing about it. We finally had to buy ourselves some cleanser and scrub it ourselves. They really need to pay attention to cleanliness, and not try to cover up odors with strong-smelling sprays. We will not return, nor do we recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed at this hotel in May, 2006 for six nights while I was attending a training conference. The room itself was furnished well, although a bit small for a kitchen unit. The only real problem I had was when I noticed that my shower was missing a shower curtain. I made three requests in person at the check-in desk for a shower curtain and upon check-out seven days later, had still not received a shower curtain! Guess they just didn't have enough days to get around to such a "small" request such as putting a shower curtain in the bathroom.

Very small closet-sized continental breakfast room containing bagels, muffins, coffee and orange juice. Good that the staff kept a coffee going at all times, however. Nothing within walking distance except a small Exxon gas station about two blocks away, but there is a bus stop across the street.
