The hotel may have been excellent but we turned up having booked through Seligo (rubbish travel agent). We were initially checked into a room and all seemed well. We got into the room and crashed/unpacked. About 30mins into our stay the hotel staff knocked on the door and told us we didn't have a reservation and that they were full. They told us we had to leave! We then spent ages on the phone to the worst travel company in the world Seligo trying to find an alternative as they had messed up the booking. The hotel were not all that helpful in helping us in this situtation although I suppose it wasn't really their fault. We had to pay for the internet and we struggled to use their phone. I ended up with a hefty phone bill which the travel agents are still refusing to pay for!

May have been an alright place but our experience was awful. They also tried to show us their sister hotel accross the road for the same price.- was terrible.

We booked this trip last minute through ltur with flight and half board. If you want to gain some pounds, this a good choice!
Wonderful breakfast and dinner buffet , a quiet two room suite.

Just returned from this hotel,havent been for a couple of years and its still as good as it was,which in its self is a rare thing.We had a suite which was spacious and clean,the pool and grounds are again very tidy and well kept. As a nice touch they gave my 2 year old her own mini dressing gown.There are enough sunloungers and space to go around so escaping the age old problem of the germans sneaking out at midnight to bag the places!One thing though,they have no cushions on the loungers which makes them most unconfortable and i feel a 5 star should do this.
The guests are very pleasant,no tattooed groups of louts,mainly german,eldery or young familys.The food is served in the other part of the hotel( this hotel is in 2 buildings which means you have to cross a road to get to either the pool or the restaurant) this didnt bother us at all but some people found it irritating.The food is good,fresh and plenty of choice,even for me as a vegetarian.
The actual town of Cala Millor isnt my cup of tea,but there are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance,and a nice walk along the beachfront.Definatly the nicest hotel in this area you will discover as you pass the others!We would return.

We booked this hotel on the strength of the other reviews on this site and were not disappointed. However would agree that it is a good 4 star hotel and not 5 stars but seeing some of the other 4 star hotels nearby that looked like 1960s tower blocks can see why it is garded 5 stars. The food is excellent so much choice. the entertainmnet is low key so our 12 year old was abit bored at times, if you have an active teenager this hotel may not be for them. Good location, 5 mins from the sea and plenty of bars and shops nearby.
