Stayed here in a junior suite with my husband and 2 children aged 3 and 1. The suite was very roomy with a well equippped kitchen area and large dining table. The sofa bed in the living area was made up each day. The only problem was that on day one the room still hadn't been serviced by 2pm ( when we finally went off to the beach) so the living area was a bedroom for most of the day. We raised this with housekeeping and thereafter the room was serviced whilst we were at breakfast.
Our room looked over the children's play area at the back of the hotel and therefore never got any sun. Our children aren't old enough to play alone whilst we watch over them from the balcony drinks in hand but if they were the room may have been okay. If I returned I would definately ask for a pool view.
The breakfasts were good but not the best I've had ( the 4star melias in Palma and Sitges had more variety but then they are bigger).
What really makes the hotel though are the staff. They were extremely friendly to adults and children alike. They were always happy to recommend a good beach or restaurant and their suggestions were spot on. Our children were spoken to, fussed over and given gifts.
The hotel was fully booked but never crowded.
The pool is lovely with a separate childrens area fenced off in addition to the ( shaded )children's pool at the back of the hotel.
The only thing that would put us off coming back is the resort itself which has a lot of English bars and very little that is Spanish.
However, I could quite happily visit the hotel and spend most of my time never venturing beyond the gardens save to drive to the recommended beaches.
