We have just came back from Apolo, what a place !I was looking for the beach all rocks what a lie please update your photo, when I got in to the hotel I thought I was in Germany we booked all inclusive and straight away we were tagged with very tight white wrist band and told wrist was to stay on all week classy right then, with doing a little research and learning a bit of Spanish to find the staff would only understand German strange, anyway the place was clean as you would aspect, however the food was very very poor we imagined we were in a jail I had to laugh the staff were very unfriendly especially the young lady on reception when we informed her that the internet was not working her answer will go to the grave with me (what do you want me to do about it) who is paying her wages? However Ramon on reception was very good could not do enough to help very 5 star but the rest was a joke the big guy in the restaurant made a comment at 1 min to 10am in German something like leave I found myself running out with a piece of toast still in my mouth he was obviously hungry and wanted to attack the large plate of over cooked sausages he had in his hand. So to summarize marks out of 10 = 2 will not be back to I hope this feedback finds the right people

I have just came home from the apolo hotel in can pastilla majorca never never will we go back... The hotel is clean but very unfriendly, the food is worse than terrible, my husband my 9 year old son and i thought the pictures of the hotel looked great but when we arrived we found they were misleading. The view of the beach looks as though its all sand and this is not so its all rocks, you can go to a sandy beach though which is a 15 min walk away on the other side of the hotel. The balcony doors in our room did not lock and when we reported this to reception the VERY unfriendly receptionist who spoke a little english sent for a maintenance man who spoke no english, he then took us up to our room and looked at the doors then he spoke to us in spanish and left saying ok ok ok (the only english word he knew) the doors were never fixed. Our AL package ment we had food and drinks unlimited our 9 year old was disapointed when we found out the food was really bad there was no ice-cream and no drinks are on display except soft drinks, and beer although you can have vodca etc but you have to guess what else they offer. The entertainment is mostly for germans they even had a man telling jokes in german all night one night. And there was no kids club my son played in the pool but not without our watchfull eyes on him as the pool is 2 m deep except for the tiny tiny corner which is ancle deep, and there was no life guard. Basically and i cant stress this enough DONT GO .......every other english couple we met said they would never come back.

We had booked a holiday with Airtours, but had to cancel, decided to book privately, flights, car hire and hotel etc. Found Apolo Hotel and as it was all-inclusive and much cheaper then half board decided on it. It is mainly german in its holiday clients and may for some not appeal because of this, but if you are open minded, the staff at this hotel will more than make up for your doubts. It was booked through Med Hotels, but it can be found in Majorcan websites too and booked directly. The reception staff and dining room staff are wonderful and will help in ANY way. There IS aircraft noise as the flight path for take off and landing is less than a mile away, but its not that bad, all-inclusive is just meals and drinks and snacks, snacks are cooked and not sandwiches and are as good as the main meals. On our last day it was hard to leave this little gem and we recieved hugs and kisses from the staff and raised some of the German eyebrows, but then we did make a point of making the staff here our friends too, in future this hotel will be the Majorca holiday hotel, if there are no rooms available at the Apolo then we won't go to Majorca, what more can I say.
