The location of this hotel is fabulous, just minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars. Yes it's up a hill but it is not as bad as some describe, if you're elderly or infirm a bit of a struggle maybe for me and my friends, no problem.

We were overbooked from another hotel and knowing we'd booked better the hotel was very disappointing. If you're not paying alot and just want a base you might be ok. The rooms were very tired (think 1980s with little done since), the bed sheets and towels were clean so on that score it was bearable but on arrival there were full ashtrays in the room and on the balcony, the bathroom was in DESPERATE need of a thorough clean, all the floors were filthy and had broken glass in some areas - all in all, pretty grubby. We were in the 200 rooms which is basically the basement so don't bother with the balcony unless you want views of a barbed wire fence, unkempt gardens and a huge amount of rubbish (and what for politeness i'll call more personal items!) that others have thrown off their balconies.

We had originally booked half board so were offered the same at TRH Palma Nova - PLEASE BOOK ROOM ONLY IF BOOKING HERE - the food is terrible. Breakfast wasn't bad really, nothing out of the ordinary but ok as hotel buffets go, the evening buffet is terrible though, we tried it once and never went back even though it was included in our rate!

TRH is very much a young, partygoers complex, there's people in and out, shouting, screaming, banging on doors, pressing buzzers, etc throughout the night till about 6am. We were there for a party weekend anyway but there were families with young childen in this complex that must have found it a complete nightmare!

Would i go here again, no but if you've already booked do what we did - make the most of the location and spend as little time as possible in your accommodation!

great hotel , however if u want too lie in a night its a nightmare, the noise is madness gone mad on drugs but it is magaluf so wat do u expect ! las night lay in some english bloke kept shouting oi thompson ! think he wasnt right in the head, nice hotel only down fall noise .......

The hotel is defiantly up a large hill, but did not pose too many problems for us, as we were all fairly fit, if I was a bit older or had problems walking, then this is not the hotel for you.
The lobby was clean and the staff checked us in ok, but they didn’t seem very friendly.
The room was as you would expect, small but functional, the bath room was clean, but there were no toiletries. However, our room overlooked the main road, therefore, every night from 7 pm to 8 am we had to listen to 100’s of stag and hen parties walk by singing and swearing, (gods knows what the Spanish think of the Brits).
The hotel pool was clean and the area tidy, but because of the amount of stags and hens, not really the placed for kids, (but there were some there).
All in all, ok for the money, and if your not concerned about too much sleep, but I wont be returning.

The address for this hotel is Palma Nova, it is not, its in Magaluf up a steep hill which is fine if your not elderly. A lot of younger people making lots of noise and we had to move rooms after 2 nights. The facilities are basic but clean as is the pool. You are at the top of Magaluf and very close to bars & beach. Ideal for younger groups and good value. Its the sister hotel of TRH Torrenova. Be careful when booking as I said before the addresss is Palma but its in Magaluf. There are 2 other Palamnova hotels and they are in Palma - beware we were caught out, did not want to stay in Magaluf!
