Our stay at the Nou Hotelet was absolutely amazing. Tolo, Stefanie and Latissa were extremely nice. Always offering friendly hellos and endless advice where to eat (Genostar!), what to see, etc ... Breakfast in the morning was delicious. They served freshly baked pastries, cheeses, cured hams, eggs, and freshly squeezed juice. The atomsphere was so delightful and relaxing, we wore our bathrobes to breakfast!

Every detail was thought of at Nou Hotelet to provide guests with a relaxing home away from home! The service and friendliness is what makes staying here extra special. We will be back and recommend it to anyone!

We arrived in Alcudia on a Sunday - one of the two market days of the week. Despite this we parked relatively easily (and for free!)in the Plaza De Torres and took the two minute walk to the hotel, which is hidden away in the maze of streets. We were greeted by Stefanie who was very welcoming and offered us a drink before showing us to our room - Safo - complete with the large roof terrace. The room was nice but a little small, although the terrace gave a feeling of extra space. We felt the double bed on the terrace could in fact have been replaced with comfortable loungers, as on several days it rained and it seemed a lot of hassle with the bed linen, pillows etc! The hotel is a mix of modern and the features of the old blacksmiths house. It has been renovated well and we managed to peek into some of the other rooms which were very nice.Breakfast was a good selection of fruit, pastries, cold meats, cheeses etc. We discovered half way through the week they would also cook different types of eggs if you wanted this. A coffee maker was available throughout the day, which was nice and there is a mini bar in each room.
The old town of Alucudia was very nice and we found some good places to eat. The surrounding areas of Port de Alcudia and Port de Pollensa were not so appealing to us.Would probably recommend this hotel as a short break destination.

Just back from short break at Cas Ferrer. Really lovely place to stay, we had the Safo room with large terrace overlooking the town, and out towards Formentor. The room was just lovely, we had a bottle of chilled Cava waiting for us on arrival. Stephanie and Tolo are fantastic, they really are so friendly and make you feel at home immediately. Breakfast was good, great coffee, lovely fresh orange juice and some Majorcan specialities too. Good location in the heart of the old town, and easy to park in nearby Plaza del Toro. Many lovely restaurants nearby and only a short drive to Port Alcudia. Will definately return here again.

We rented two rooms at the Cas Ferrer for a few days and were the only guests in this little hotel. The hotel had every convenience we wanted, including wireless broadband access at no extra cost, and the manager (Tolo) did everything possible to make us welcome. The rooms were beautifully designed and well-equipped. My daughter said her room was "the coolest bedroom she had ever stayed in," including her own at her home in California. A nice large breakfast was served at our convenience in the morning and included fresh-squeezed juice, warm pastries from the bakery down the street, intense espresso, and whatever else we asked for.

The hotel is in an outstanding location in the old walled city within the heart of Alcudia, where there are almost no cars allowed. The streets are paved beautifully with smooth stone blocks and there are many small restaurants nearby.

We were there during the first week of November, and it was very quiet. Tolo said that a few weeks earlier, the place was full of tourists, so plan your visit based on whether you want company and a party atmosphere, or solitude.
