My wife and I have just returned from a week in the Playa Park. After seeing some of the comments I was a bit concerned. I need not have been. It was very good. It is a square two storied complex built around a series of swimming pools which have been beautifully landscaped with a variety of trees. We had an apartment. Sitting/dining room (well furnished and comfortable), seperate kitchen,(small but well equipped, microwave , cooker, fridge, cutlery and crockery) Bathroom and bedroom .We were very pleasantly surprised when the apartment was fully serviced every second day (Fresh linen and towels). Had the buffet in the restaurant several times (12 Euros) , good selection of food. Found the staff pleasant and helpful. Good beach 10minutes away. Main town 20 mins away. 2 supermarkets close by ( neither great value for money). This is not a luxury holiday spot, and for the prices they charge you should not expect it to be. It is spotlesly clean and well maintained, good value for what you pay. On the downside , the pool is not heated ,it is seawater but just about bearable. You should be aware this is a child friendly place , which is fine when parents control their children , but can be hell when they dont. We were unfortunate enough to have a young child in the next apartment who seemed to spend most of the day (and part of the night) whinging and screaming. So if you want a quiet holiday go out of school holiday time. Would I go again ? Certainly
