Stayed here in Feb for business because it was a new hotel and thought i would try it out.
Outside of the building is impressive, walking into the lobby, immedately thought "Eh... this is very dull" All the walls were grey, not a very warm and welcoming color. The front desk staff was nice and professional.
Walked into the room, very contempory and spacious. Still smelled like paint and dry wall to me. Had a nice small kitchen with stove top and full size fridge (which had a half full bottle of water in it) but even throom seemed like it was going more for athetics then function. The desk was tall and had a very uncomfortable chair to work at. I couldnt get comfy because there was a support bar for the desk running horizontaly across getting in the way of my legs so i had to sit on an angle, made it ver uncomfortable. Bed was comfy, shower was cool, (no shower curtain! just a glas partition) but again nothing super special just cool to look at.
The alarm clock didnt work, i had to call the front desk twice and 2.5 hours later i got a replacement.
Hotel lacks a pool and hot tub. The contentental breakfast wasnt anything special either. Ive had better at a Comfort Inn.
Over all the hotel was ok, but i didnt leave with the feeling i would return. I would preferr to stay at Spring Hill or the Residense Inn if you want a suite type room by Dulles airport.
