This little shop is located in Merchant's Square. They have a little grocery store with deli items and gourmet/organic things, too. But the main draw is the sandwich counter in the back. You order what you want and wait for it - a few minutes or a bit longer depending on the time of day. While you wait you can pick up some chips, and a drink or just look around. They call you when your order is ready. They hand it to you in a metal shopping basket, or if you already have one they just add your sandwich to it. You take your basket to the cashier in front to pay. There are several choices of bread, meats, and cheeses. We ate there twice. It's more of a lucy spot than a dinner place. I got the grilled cheese both times, once on French bread and once on wheat. The wheat had bigger sized slices. Both were good. My husband got the turkey sandwich on French and said that was good, too. For a grilled cheese, and a turkey sandwich with one bag of chips ( we just had water to drink) our bill came to $15.00. There are tables outside - good luck on finding a seat - and some seating inside, too. We were inside both times. A fun place to "people watch" as you eat.
