The Dew Drop definitely exceeded our expectations! It is a wonderful value and they could easily charge more and still be a great value. It is located right across from the Thriftway as well as a great restaurant Pacific Pizza. The free breakfast is excellent and really helps get your day off on the right foot! We stayed here for 3 nights and used it as our starting point for the Hoh Rainforest, La Push, Cape Flattery, etc. You really can not go wrong with the Dew Drop Inn!!

Don't expect anything spectacular. It's just your basic roadside motel. The breakfast was nice to have, especially when there were very few places near by to supply it. The staff was nice and helped out when needed. Rooms were nothing to write home about. The beds were very uncomfortable, the refrigerator was loud even though it wasn't even cold inside of it, and the heater didn't work well. All in all it was just nice to have a place to sleep. I only would come back and stay here if other motels in Forks were not vacant.

Stayed here in September 2008 (Stephenie Meyer weekend) and loved it!! The little clear tent outside the office is set up for meals, etc. and was a very pleasant place to enjoy the breakfast provided. The room was large, clean, and very well kept. The hotel was full of Twilight fans, every room, and management was very nice and helpful to about 150 crazy women!!! I will be returning to Forks and want to stay at the Dew Drop again. When I was checking out at 5 am I locked myself out, there is a phone for after hour emergencies, and the manager got out of bed and got me a key within 5 minutes!!! And she was so sweet, I felt really, really bad for waking her up.
One tip, room 201 does not get the free wi-fi (I just went down to the tent).

My daughter and I stayed at the Dew Drop Inn for a week in August 2008, and we're already booked to go back for Thanksgiving!

The location is great, as it's directly across the street from the only grocery store in town.

We had an upstairs room, all of which have private balconies, while the first floor rooms all had patios.

We also had a small fridge and microwave, which was really nice, and helped cut down a lot on the expense of eating out!

Our room was very large, and VERY clean! The housekeeping here was amazing! A couple mornings we went to eat breakfast, only to have to return afterward to retreive a forgotten something or other, and to our surprise, the room had already been cleaned!

We never heard any noise from any of the other rooms. As a matter of fact, if we hadn't seen the cars in the parking lot each evening, I would have sworn we were the only ones there! I slept so well there, I hated to leave!

Very quiet, very peaceful, very comfy, all around a wonderful stay!

Judging strictly by the outside looks of the other motels in town, the Dew Drop Inn looked to be the nicest/newest.

Also, I read that they now have a Bella Suite, in honor of the Twilight books. Don't know if this was a one time thing for Stephenie Meyer's Day on September 13th, but for fans of the books, it might be worth checking out!
