This is a darling hotel right in town. Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The staff is so nice and helpful. The rooms were quite large. I had 2 dogs with me and it was nice finding such a great hotel that accommodated dogs.

My daughter’s soccer team had a tournament in Burlington, and all of the nearby hotels were booked. Luckily another parent suggested that I try the La Conner Country Inn, since they had stayed there last spring. The room was huge, and slept all four of us quite comfortably!!

What a quiet cozy getaway!!! Another hotel lost our reservation and this was the last room in town. The staff was more than accomodating and very friendly. They had a wonderful continental breakfast in the morning. The room was HUGE and the gas firplace was a nice touch!
I would definatly stay here again!!

This is actually a very nice, comfy, small inn. The rooms are large, unique, and clean with a nice cont. breakfast. I used to stay here for business reasons once a month, so have experienced most of their rooms. However, there were two problems, one medium and one large, and after the large problem happened, I haven't (and won't) be back. The smaller problem is that there are gas fireplaces in the room. A nice touch, but some produce a shrill ringing sound that happens whether they are turned on or off. Two rooms have kept me up most of the night. The larger problem is their cancellation policy. I had short notice for a meeting, called the day before my stay to ask about availability. Was told they had lots of rooms. I reserved one. Then a couple hours later, my meeting was cancelled. I called to cancel the room, and they charged me full price for it, even though, they had a lot of vacancies and would not have turned anyone away because of my reservation. So much for small town friendliness and keeping regular customers. Anyway, it is a nice place...better than a chain hotel, but because of those problems, I''m better off elsewhere.

The only pet room they had left was a handicapped room but that was okay. Glad that some hotel in the area takes dogs. Room was nice but dark, only one small window which has shrubs partly in front of it. Staff was pretty fine. Nice lounge area in main building with fireplace. Nice touch with cookies in the evening. Continental breakfast was better than most. The main negatives to me would be the darkness of the room and the fact they charge a lot (I think it was like $40) for pets per night so it made our stay like $150 before taxes or so which is high for a room with no view in this area.
