Great place to stay. Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk people were wonderful. Very accomodating. Free breakfast was a full meal. Even checkout time wasn't until noon. Loved it. Great place for the value. Wished I could have stayed longer. If ever going thru Pasco again I will make a point to stay at the Best Western.

We enjoyed perfect service from one end of the spectrum to the other. The front desk personel were both knowledgable and gracious. The food was excellent and filling. We stayed in a first floor room right across from the exercise room and pool and were still able to sleep at night without hearing any noise. We had a wonderful stay and will definetly stay at here again if in town. Best western is the way to go.

What an exceptional property! I haven't stopped raving about the staff since we left over a month ago, the GM, the AGM, the Kitchen staff, the Housekeepers! My Goodness, what an amazing team of people! They took care of us with grace and dignity and handle every little detail with a smile, and enthusiasm that just isnt found often enough these days.

We came in with a challenging group of friends (hey they're my friends, I can say that they can be difficult), and the Staff here out performed every expectation.

We just stayed at this Best Western while on a family vacation to Yellowstone. Great hotel, fantastic breakfast, comfy beds and clean rooms. We has (5) in our party so we needed two rooms. We would stay at this hotel again if we are in Pasco!
