We fled the Best Western Peppertree after paying but not staying! We walked in and booked a room at this perfect, new, clean, safe hotel filled with every amenity a vacation or business traveler would like. We were able to eat a simple dinner (sandwich) and breakfast with complimentary cookies and coffee/tea in the evening. The staff was intelligent and pleasant and once hearing of our scary adventure at the Best Western, bent over backwards to be sure we were comfortable and satisfied.

The hotel is new and carpets, furniture and rooms were spotless. The public areas of the hotel were clean. The business center was free and easily accessible. Pool area was spacious and clean.

We visited Spokane for Christmas and had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was large and very clean. The lobby was very warm and inviting with a fireplace and pretty decor. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning that included a couple of hot items in addition to the standard continental fare. We would recommend this hotel to business and leisure travelers as it's in between the city of Spokane and the airport.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in August of 2004. by far the BEST hotel of our entire trip. THe pool was awesome, the breakfast perfect, and the whole staff was friendly. We will definetly be recommending this hotel to all our friends. And we can't wait to visit Spokane again.

It felt so good to come and deflate into my clean, quiet room at the Hampton Bay Inn after a rough trip in a rental car during a bout of snow drizzle. The best part of the trip!
