For traveling with just a map, and no real plan, this Super 8, chosen spontaneously, was a very pleasant surprise. It was very clean. The bathroom seemed remodeled and the bedspread seemed new.

This hotel has no elevator to its second story.

Adjacent to a mall, movie theater, and decent dining, if you need to stop over on the road, stay in Bridgeport, rather than Clarksburg.

This motel was booked primarily because of its location. Four couples on motorcycles starting a summer vacation and this place was situated conveniently for us all to meet. The motel was aged and didn't appear to have seen much in the way of updates in a decade. Internet service and breakfast were good.
