My wife and I had a delightful stay, and we are still appreciative of the hospitality and warmth we were graced with.
Our hosts, Sue and Steve, were fantastic. They made us feel at-home and helped us find things ranging from a place to rent cross-country skis to an elegant restaurant for New Year's Eve. We were even provided with extra hangers after we came back soaked from the trails at nearby Peninsula State Park.
Although several months have passed since our visit, we still fondly remember Sue's wonderful breakfasts and afternoon teas. Fortunately for us, her recipes are available in a cookbook, and we made sure to bring one back. In fact, we plan on using it quite a bit for a brunch we will be hosting this Mother's Day.
Later this summer, we will be in Door County for the triathlon, and we are already looking forward to seeing Sue and Steve again. Regardless of the season, we are sure our stay will be pleasant, and if you have yet to, we hope you will give them and their lovely place a try.
