We had a pleasant day at a waterpark. Then we were very hungry by dinnertime. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess. The Del Bar gave all father's a free shrimp cocktail, which consisted of 3 huge pieces of shrimp in a flavorful sauce. Two of us ordered the special, which was reportedly excellent and two ordered steaks with bernaise sauce. These were grilled exactly as ordered. The hash browns were crisp and tasty. We were too full for dessert. Our waitress was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about all of our choices.
The restaurant itself is a cozy, "prairie style" designed by James Dresser a protege of Frank Llyod Wright.
