This hotel has potential but is poorly managed. The rooms are decorated nicely, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious but the service ruins all the good. We arrived late the first night and didn't realize the thermostat was broken in our room until the next morning. We told the front desk there was a flashing wrench symbol on the thermostat on our way out. When we returned we had to ask if it was fixed - the man at the front desk said he checked and it seemed warm so he opened the window, asking if that would work for us. We asked for a different room and had to wait a few hours for it. There is no maid service or HBO as advertised. If you want additional coffee pods, clean glasses, or fresh towels you have to ask for them and the front desk seemed put out by this. We ate at the "superb" hotel restaurant but were disappointed when the bottle of wine we ordered was not available - we were told this after we had eaten our meals. The risotto my husband ordered was delivered to our table no more than 10 minutes after it was ordered, making us doubt it's freshness. I would not stay at this hotel ever again.
