jacuzzi suite for one night
Even though it was spring, the hotel was busy. The corridors were noisy and voices carried into the room. The plumbing was noisy as well.
Other than that, the room was clean and the registration staff were friendly.

The hotel and pool were fine. we had booked a casino package which advertised $20 back at the casino. The casino gave us $20 in free play which turned out to be worth about $5. We also had to stand in a long line to get the $5.
Got a good AARP rate on this hotel for one night. There are so many hotel/motels in the Dells area. There are either ma & pa motels or huge resort hotels. This one was right in the middle. Nice size room, clean and quiet. Close to downtown and short drive to casino. They should put shampoo and bar soap in the rooms and the fan on the air/heat was loud. Other than that I would stay here again.

The Dells is a resort area so this is what your going to get. Lots of kids running in the halls. Sort of run down from heavy use. The desk clerks were very friendly and told us the best boat tour to take.
Stayed 2 nights at the Best Western in Wisconsin Dells. We checked in at 4:00 and I called down around 5:00 to ask for extra pillows. After coming back from dinner at 7:00 I tried again. This time in person at the front desk. It was 8:00 and still no pillow so I called down again. The woman who answered said she would take care of it personally. After waiting all this time for extra pillow so we can go to sleep, I called down again at 10:30. This time a young man answered and said that they do not have any extra pillows. You would think some one could have called to let us know instead of having us waiting 5 1/2 hours to find out that there were no extra pillows.
The room was small and so was the bathroom. The blanket was falling apart and the bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was not included. You can eat at the Denny's next door. The walls were paper thin. You can hear people next door, in the hallway and outside in the parking lot. I would have expected better accomodations for paying over $140 a night. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express 2 nights prior and that hotel was much better. I would not stay here again.
