Yes, this is an older hotel. We had the cheap double double rooms which are not connected with the hotel. It was a bit musty but beds were ok. I'd liken it to a dirty motel 6. We only paid $50 off season and got free Tommy Barlett Robot Exploratory tickets.. The baby area was great, the ship / toddler area was good. There was 1 lifeguard by this. The regular hotel pool was small and the hot tub a bit overchlorinated. Long story but due to my own fault - 1 of my kids dissappeared within seconds and almost drowned outside where there were no lifeguards and a big slide that goes down to a second level was adjacent to a kiddie pool (no gates or anything). I would feel better with a few more lifeguards. Overall, it was cheap and the kids had a lot of fun. I can live with a slightly unclean room and ours was not terrible. Next time I would definately pay more and get the double queens with indoor access to the waterpark. Don't do the cheap double doubles.

Asful stay, desk auditor rude and crass. Basically implied I was lying when I said I was due a refund. Jazuzzi tub did not work my whole stay. They kept making excuses whey it didn't work, Overchaged pretty much told me I lied. No much to do for price of rooms. Holes in the hall, thin walls, bathrooms disgusing, water marks on wall and celing. Small play area for small children do water activities. Over all this place sucks!!!!!! Still want to get in the jacuzzi away from and relax, We were to book a family outing next summer this place definitley won't be in the running!

Our stay was for one night...thank goodness...and it was horrible. The hotel is extremely old and dirty. The worst part is we paid over $200 per night. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Waterparks (both indoor and out) are really more of splash pools for kids, no rides for anyone over the age of 5 here.

Customer service... Best suggestion for a restaurant they could give us was IHOP. Room cleaning team took their time; let me not forget microsized towels and single pack of coffee next to the coffeemaker with the note attached: "if you would like a decaf or a tea, please exchange this at the front desk."We found that pretty funny.

Their price reflects all of the above and if it's the savings you are looking for, you probably won't find a better room (with or without jacuzzi) for the money.

Location is great, walk to all the parks and restaurants. Room 909 was clean and smell-free. There were very few people staying here, so it was great for a short getaway with our little one, but don't expect to entartain your entire family, as someone previously said.
