-We stayed in an incredibly dirty room. It appeared to have never been vacuumed. There was hair, dust, dirt etc. everywhere.

-Housekeeping is next to non-existent. There were profane stickers on the light-switch cover.

-The sheets in the room seemed dirty, with stains on the bedspreads.

-Dated Decor

-LOUD hallways

- Black Hair in shower drain (our family is all blond)

-Cigarettes Butts in pool- swimming area very dirty

-Too Hot of hot tub, too cold of pool

-Sauna doesn't warm up

-Menstrual blood stains & mildew on lounge chair cushions

-Extreme humidity damage in pool area

-No tissues provided in the room- when we asked for a replacement the management said they had none.

-Terrible Continental Breakfast- donuts and white bread- no juice

-Bad smoke smell EVERYWHERE! even in Non-smoking rooms

-No Shampoo/Soap provided in the shower- limited amount of towels/ washcloths

-Very dusty vents in rooms- allergy condition

-Poor reception in the TV- channels come in and out and have a lot of static

-Refrigerator not working

-No appliances plugged in upon arrival

-Renovations in progress possibly? loud sawing noises at strange times of day and a lot of dust etc.

went for a relaxing family overnight stay at the dells. Was not relaxing from the get go. We checked in to a room that the adjoining room door was kicked in. The door was off the hinges, the chain screws were ripped out of the wall. Highly unsafe for us to stay in room with our toddler. We were given a second room. This room the refrigerator had mold on the shelves and on the refrigerator walls. The pillowcase had nasty stains on it. Two bathroom towels had nasty stains all up and down the towels. when brought them to front desk the lady said they were clean but stained. If you know the towels are stained DO NOT put them out for guests. Would this lady wipe her face with a stained towel like that? The pool was supposed to be 81 degrees. It was about 65or 70. Our toddler was in there 10mins and he was chattering and his lips were turning blue. We took pictures of all the stains and mold.This was the worst hotel we have ever been to. Other guests came down to lobby while i was returning towels to say their rooms were not cleaned. one guest had empty pizza boxes all over. Rooms were given out and then given out to other guests. It was a very busy lobby with multiple guests coming down to complain. You could hear dogs barking. The sound quality is terrible. You could hear doors slamming all night long. When people walked down the hallway it sounded like a herd of elephants.

First we asked for a family suite on the phone and we got a whirpool suite, then we had to pay more for a family suite. The motel was dirty. Housekeeping did not seem to work much. We stayed 2 nights and they never came into our room. We had to take our own towels and trash down to the front desk to get clean towels and garbage bags. The game room was smokey, dusty and had trash on the floor. The hottub was cold and they said it was because they drained and cleaned it that day. Right, there was cigarette butts and ashes all around it. The pool was full of rude kids that belonged to the owners and their friends. The breakfast was a big joke. Stall mini doughnuts and bread. No juice. I do have to say their vending machines were good. I would not recommend this place unless it was just to crash for a few hours.

This place is a Joke... do not stay here. Upon arrival to this hotel we were like is this place serious. Hotel staff dressed terrible, wore same clothes all three days we were there (christmas t-shirt and windpants). Made us pay before we saw our room, had a sign at the front desk saying absolutly no refunds (we should have known why). Got to our room to find it nasty and dirty (we didn't even know if we should sit on the beds). Upon check out i decided to check my bank account balance got charged for an extra room, tried to fight it and the hotel manager yelled at me and called me an idiot, I was like are you serious, then i got home and noticed another $155.30 charge to my credit card. Still have yet to refund my money. THis place is honestly the worst ever. I didn't know that cheap meant no servcie, standards or cleanliness.
