We have been coming to the Blackhawk for over 25 years. It was a great place when the kids were small. It was great when the kids were teens(we rented the kitchenettes then). And now it's great that we can come by ourselves and the kids book on their own now. The rooms are spectacular, lots of room, frig, micorwave and now DVD players. The bathrooms have enough room for more than 1 person to be in there. This facility is so clean and upkept that it is uncanny. The location is great being on the outskirt of town but yet close enough to walk to the downtown area. Overall, just a great place to stay in the Dells

We have been staying at the blackhawk for more than 15 years and couldn't be happier with the place. We have tried other places throughout the years but they do not compare. The pools are very nice
and open late, the rooms are very clean and nicely updated with microwave, fridge, and dvd player. I really like parking at my door so if i need anything it is right outside the door and you can keep an eye on it. It is very close to downtown so we always walk to avoid
the traffic! We are booked for june this year already!

Our family have been coming here for years and have had NOTHING but great experiences every time! Friendly staff and clean rooms....our kids love it too! We will continue to choose the BlackHawk for future visits to the Dells, and we will (and have) pass the word along!

I attended an Avon Convention at the Dells in Sept. 06. I was looking for a nice and quiet place to relax in. I found a room that had a jacuzzi and that was reasonable too!
When I first drove up, it looked a little outdated and old, but when I got into my room, I was pleasantly surprise of the motels ammenities!! Very clean, very nice, and close to everything. I agree with the other "reviewers".... the staff was awesome as well. I am definately coming back this year!!!
